Drinking caffeinated coffee regularly may be linked with a lower stroke risk, according to Harvard and Madrid researchers. Drinking coffee in middle age was associated with a decreased risk of dementia later in life according to a new study from Finland and Sweden. Researchers found the lowest risk of dementia in the moderate coffee drinkers, or those who drank three to five cups a day.
