Regular exercise is good for the brain
Regular aerobic exercise appears to improve blood flow in the brain, thus improving the brain’s ability to function, according to a recent study out of the Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. These findings add to the growing body of literature that points to exercise being both preventive of mental decline and helpful in improving cognitive function in older adults.
